Eggnog French Toast

- 2 cups eggnog shopping list
- 1 egg slightly beaten shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 6 croissants shopping list
- 3 tablespoons butter shopping list
How to make it
- Mix eggnog and cinnamon stirring well.
- Slice croissants lengthwise then melt one tablespoon butter in a skillet or on a griddle.
- Dip 1 croissant half in the batter and place in the griddle then repeat with remaining halves.
- Cook on each side for 2 minutes using remaining butter as needed.
- Remove to a serving platter then serve at once with warm maple syrup.
