How to make it

  • Mix eggnog and cinnamon stirring well.
  • Slice croissants lengthwise then melt one tablespoon butter in a skillet or on a griddle.
  • Dip 1 croissant half in the batter and place in the griddle then repeat with remaining halves.
  • Cook on each side for 2 minutes using remaining butter as needed.
  • Remove to a serving platter then serve at once with warm maple syrup.
