Quick Berry Trifle Recipe

Ingredients

2c whipped cream

3c cubed poundcake

1/2c fresh blackberries

1/2c fresh raspberries

fresh thyme sprigs,for garnish

Directions

Layer first four ingredients in wineglasses beginning with cream,followed by cake then berries. Repeat till each glass is full. Garnish with thyme.

You can add Raspberry Liqueur to this recipe. You can fold a little liqueur into the whipped cream (gives it a delicate pink color) or just drizzle it on the pound cake pieces.
