  • Layer first four ingredients in wineglasses beginning with cream,followed by cake then berries. Repeat till each glass is full. Garnish with thyme.

    OK, I have made this dessert. I used 'flash frozen' berries, and a splash of Mathilde Raspberry Liqueur on the pound cake pieces. Absolute Ambrosia. This goes into my list of Top 10 Desserts. Thanks again,
