How to make it

  • In med. bowl,mix yogurt,onions,lime or lemon juice,curry powder,garlic and salt. Slice cutlets in half lengthwise and add to bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  • Heat the grill or broiler. Thread cutlets and peppers onto long metal skewers. Discard marinade. Cook 5" from heat for 8 mins,turn and cook 3 to 5 mins more until meat is no longer pink when tested with a knife.
