Middle Eastern Halibut Fillets

- 4 halibut fillets shopping list
- 3 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs shopping list
- 1/2 white onion minced shopping list
- 1/3 cup chopped cilantro shopping list
- 1 teaspoon lime zest shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 425 then place fish on greased baking sheet.
- Brush with 2 tablespoons of the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Combine bread crumbs, onion, cilantro, zest, cumin, cardamom and cayenne.
- Stir in remaining olive oil then divide mixture over top of fish fillets.
- Bake until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork about 12 minutes.
