Ingredients

How to make it

  • Place oil in large cast iron skillet on medium heat.
  • While oil is heating cut round steaks into strips. The size you would use in beef fajitas.
  • Put flour in a bowl and add all seasonings, mix together well.
  • Dredge a handful of the meat strips in the flour mixture. When oil is hot place strips in 1 by 1. Brown for about five minutes on the first side and the flip over and brown on the other side. Remove from oil and place on a plate that has been lined with a paper towel. This helps soak up the extra oil. Continue doing this untill all the strips are cooked. We serve these with fry sauce homemade or store bought wich ever you prefere. We also like this served with homemade Mac and Cheese and green beans. You can use the left over steak fingers to make steak sandwiches the next day they are great to. This will make even the toughest steak tender and easy to eat. My Gramma came up with it to make the meat stretch farther for her 10 kids. It's even nice to serve at parties for fingerfood. KIDS LOVE THEM BECAUSE THEY GET TO DIP THEM. Try them with BBQ sauce it's good too!!!!!!
