Ingredients

1 whole chicken cut into pieces or 3-4 split chicken breasts

1/4 cup of butter or margarine

1/2 cup of honey

1/4 cup of spicy brown mustard

1 tsp salt

1 1/2 tsp of curry powder

Directions

Preheat the oven at 350 degrees

. Place chicken in a baking dish (glass or metal) with skin side up. Combine butter/margarine, honey, mustard, salt, and curry in a bowl and pour over chicken.

Cover chicken with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove cover and continue baking for 45 minutes (whole chicken) 30 minutes chicken breasts) basting every 15 minutes until the chicken is brown
