This icing is for lemon lovers! It has a very strong lemon taste and the yellow zest specs are lovely!

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Limoncello
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 lemon, zested

Directions
  1. Combine ingredients and beat until light and fluffy.
  2. *add an addtional 1/2 cup powdered sugar if a thicker icing is desired.
