Fresh Berry Salsa

- ½ cup fresh blueberries shopping list
- ½ cup fresh raspberries shopping list
- ½ cup fresh blackberries, halved shopping list
- ½ cup strawberries sliced shopping list
- 2 tbs lemon zest shopping list
- ¼ cup each, red, green and golden bell peppers, seeded and cut into ¼-inch dice shopping list
- 1 tomatillo tomato, seeded and cut into ¼-inch dice shopping list
- 2 roma tomatoes, seeded and cut into ¼-inch dice shopping list
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely minced shopping list
- 1 rib celery finely diced shopping list
- 1 finely chopped garlic clove shopping list
How to make it
- In a large glass bowl, gently crush and fold the prepared berries with the savory ingredients.
- Chill salsa for one hour to allow the flavors to blend and develop.
- This is exceptionally good with fish or veal. Enjoy.

This will be worth the trip to my mosquito infested back yard to pick raspberries, Yum. If I run fast I may find wild blackberries too.
