Ingredients
  • 1 lb. cooked pasta
  • 4 cans tuna
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz. sweet peas, frozen
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 cups shredded colby & montery jack cheese
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp. salt (optional)

Directions
  1. preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. place the tuna in a large mixing bowl
  3. add the cream of mushroom soup
  4. add the seasonings (salt, pepper, cayenne, garlic)
  5. add half of the cheeses and mix well
  6. when the pasta is just cooked, add the frozen peas to the water
  7. allow to rest for about three minutes then drain
  8. add the pasta and peas to the tuna mixture and mix well
  9. pour the mixture into a large baking dish
  10. top with the remaining cheese
  11. bake covered for 20 minutes
  12. uncover and place under low temp broiler for 5 to 10 minutes
  13. Enjoy!!
