Tuna Casserole

- 1 lb. cooked pasta shopping list
- 4 cans tuna shopping list
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 8 oz. sweet peas, frozen shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- 2 cups shredded colby & montery jack cheese shopping list
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional) shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper (optional) shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. salt (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- preheat oven to 400 degrees
- place the tuna in a large mixing bowl
- add the cream of mushroom soup
- add the seasonings (salt, pepper, cayenne, garlic)
- add half of the cheeses and mix well
- when the pasta is just cooked, add the frozen peas to the water
- allow to rest for about three minutes then drain
- add the pasta and peas to the tuna mixture and mix well
- pour the mixture into a large baking dish
- top with the remaining cheese
- bake covered for 20 minutes
- uncover and place under low temp broiler for 5 to 10 minutes
