Ranch potatoe Casserole

different flavor on potatoes
Ingredients
- 7 medium potatoes(1 inch cubes} shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter cubed shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream(8 Oz. shopping list
- 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix shopping list
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese{I used PepperJack} shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Put potatoes in a greased 11x7 inch Baking dish.Spread chopped green pepper over top. dot with butter cover and bake at 325 for 60-65 minutes (Untill potatoes are tender}
- Combined sour cream and salad dressing mix
- Spoon over potatoes Sprikle with cheese Bake uncovered 5-10 minutes till cheese melts.
