Pumpernickel and White Cheddar Cocktail Sandwiches Recipe

How to make it

  • Heat broiler then combine mayonnaise, mustard and paprika in a small mixing bowl.
  • Spread mayonnaise mixture on one side of each bread slice.
  • Place bread slices on a baking sheet then sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • Broil until cheese melts about 1 minute then remove from oven.
  • Top half of the bread slices with pickles then top with remaining slices and press down.
  • Cut in half and serve warm.
