Served as a complement to the Italian Easter breakfast. This variation is lighter in Calories and fat. This was a hand out at one of the WW meetings 25 years ago. No rights to this recipe.

I was just checking out your pizza recipe. This is so similar to the one my grandmother always made. She would use prosciutto and what she called fresh cheese besides the ricotta. I always loved this and couldn't wait each year for her to make it. Great memories! Five forks.
