Sauteed Sea Scallops Recipe
SAUTÉED SEA SCALLOPS This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Woodson Estate in Bedford, Texas in 1990.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound sea scallops sliced horizontally
  • 6 mushrooms sliced
  • 1/2 green bell pepper diced
  • 1 medium tomato chopped
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed

Directions
  1. Rinse scallops and pat dry.
  2. Place mushrooms, bell pepper, tomato and wine in large nonstick skillet and cook 5 minutes.
  3. Add onions, scallops and dill weed then cook 5 minutes and serve immediately.
