Mushroom Jack Rolls

- 8oz sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 6oz pepper Jack cheese shopping list
- 4oz Monterey Jack shopping list
- 6 onion rolls shopping list
- butter or margarine shopping list
- 4 T unsalted butter shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350.
- LIne cookie tray or baking pans with foil.
- Slice mushrooms.
- Grate and combine cheeses.
- Slice rolls in half; butter each; sprinkle cheese on each half.
- Place rolls in baking pans and put in oven; bake or broil to desired brownness, 5-10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, melt unsalted butter in skillet over medium-high heat; saute mushrooms about 5 minutes, turn heat off, and let pan sit on burner.
- When rolls are done, take out of oven and sprinkle with mushrooms.
- Golden and delicious!

i have a mushroom plant down the road and they sell big bags of mushrooms sliced for $2 any kind i got a big bag of portabello and a big bag of button for myself yesterday. I freeze some but love to use them fresh and this sounds like a way. thanks.
