How to make it

  • Roll up the ricotta in the nori
  • Use 1/2 cup per sheet
  • Leave for 1 hour in the fridge for nori to soften
  • VARIATIONS
  • To the RICOTTA
  • Add a couple of tablespoons of crushed garlic and parsley OR
  • Add a couple of tablespoons of chopped shallots OR
  • Add a couple of tablespoons of crushed nuts OR
  • Add a couple of tablespoons of salsa
