Healthy Ricotta Cigars Recipe
My clever 13 year old daughter made this up for lunch today. So easy, so brilliant!

Ingredients
  • 2 sheets of nori
  • 1 cup (or mug) of ricotta cheese

Directions
  1. Roll up the ricotta in the nori
  2. Use 1/2 cup per sheet
  3. Leave for 1 hour in the fridge for nori to soften
  4. VARIATIONS
  5. To the RICOTTA
  6. Add a couple of tablespoons of crushed garlic and parsley OR
  7. Add a couple of tablespoons of chopped shallots OR
  8. Add a couple of tablespoons of crushed nuts OR
  9. Add a couple of tablespoons of salsa
