How to make it

  • 1. Place yoghurt in a large bowl.and stir with fork well .
  • Add water until required consistency is achieved.
  • 2. Add all other ingredients, ,and mix thoroughly with fork .
  • 4. Stir in some salt, taste and add more if required.
  • serve with bulgur pilaf ,sis kebab,rice pilaf or alone ..

    Refreshingly delicious! I made this to dip pita bread in, & to accompany Kutadkubilik's marvelous "Zucchini Fritters" (altho' as it turned out, the fritters did not need any dip/sauce, but together they were great). I used only 1/3 of the water, as that made it soupy enough for my taste. I also grated the cucumber before I remembered it was supposed to be diced - the grated cucumber let out plenty of water, while simultaneously giving body to the dip/sauce.
