This dish from my childhood..and we made today with my mom ..everything was organics delicious before..now its nt like that..

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cut in 1/2 inch rounds
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped finely
  • 1 1/2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup olive or canola oil
  • salt and pepper

Directions
  1. Heat the rest of the oil in a big frying pan. Stir onions and green bell pepper until soft.
  2. Add tomato paste, salt, and black pepper,red pepper Stir for 3 minutes,
  3. pour in 1 to 1 1/2 cup of water or chicken stock and cutted potatoes cook for another 15-20 minutes.
  4. And serve with pickels ,ayran or green fresh onion..
