Deep Dark Chocolate Bundt Cake

- 1 cup white sugar shopping list
- 1 cup dark brown sugar shopping list
- 1 3/4 cups flour shopping list
- 3/4 cup baking cocoa shopping list
- 1/4 Tsp. cinnamon shopping list
- 2 Tsps. baking powder shopping list
- 1 Tsp. baking soda shopping list
- 1 Tsp. salt shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee,cooled shopping list
- 1 cup buttermilk shopping list
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 2 Tsps. vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- In a large mixing bowl combine first 8 ingredients
- Add eggs,coffee,buttermilk,oil and vanilla,beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.Batter will be somewhat thin.
- Pour into a greased and floured 10" bundt pan (fluted tube pan )
- Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes,or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- {Check last 15 minutes,the last time I made this it took less than 45.}
- Let cool in pan 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool completely.
- When cool dust with powdered sugar or glaze with a chcolate glaze.
- *Recommended glaze on this site is Elle's "Shiny Chocolate Glaze"
- For cupcakes;bake 18-20 minutes
