Ingredients

How to make it

  • If you have a meat grinder grind the bacon, sausage and onion together into a large bowl.
  • If not chop the bacon and onion mix with the sausage into a large bowl. Set aside.
  • In a medium bowl break the dried loaf of bread into small pieces. Then mix all the ingredient together including the bell seasoning and adding water to make soft using your hands mix till you can form the mixture into a mushy ball.
  • This is now ready to be stuffed in the Trukey or Oven Roaser Chicken
  • If you know you'll need more for a larger crowd make another batch and place in a loaf pan srpayed with non-stick cooking spray. Place in oven with the bird or alone. Bake till it gets firm about 40 minutes at 350
  • NOTE:
  • This is my Mother's original recipe. Over 40 years old.
