PORTUGUSE STYLE HOT BARBECUED CHICKEN

- 1 Pkg chicken legs or Thighs ( About 6 pieces ) shopping list
- 2 tsp. Crushed hot pepper from Portugal shopping list
- ½ tsp. paprika shopping list
- 1 tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- 1 Tbs. olive oil shopping list
- ½ inch of dry red wine in a medium plastic bowl with lid( not port or sweet wine ) shopping list
- 2oz of water shopping list
- Large Batch shopping list
- Serves 12 shopping list
- 1 family package or larger 12 pieces of chicken legs or Thighs ( about 12 pieces ) shopping list
- 4 tsp. ( no more suicidal hot ) Crushed hot pepper from Portugal shopping list
- 1 tsp. paprika shopping list
- 2 tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- 2 Tbs. olive oil shopping list
- 1 inch of dry red wine in a large plastic bowl with lid ( not port or sweet wine ) shopping list
- 3oz of water shopping list
How to make it
- Method is for both batches.
- Place the chicken and all the ingredients in the large bowl cover or in a large plastic storage bag and shake well let it stand in refrigerator over night,occasionally shake bowl.
- In the oven under broiler or over grill use the mix to coat each side. When tender slice one to see if the center is not pink, it is done when pink is gone. Place on a serving platter.
