Shrimps Casserole

Our shrimp casserole ı just want to share ..when we go to fish restaurant they always offer to us this casserole.. with rakı before the fish ..

Boil prawns and peel.
In a saucepan, place oil, finely chopped onion, diced carrots and crushed garlic. Lightly saute.
Peel tomatoes and chop into small pieces. Add to saucepan and saute for a few minutes.
Add flour and stir through. Add prawns. Mix.
Add 250 ml water and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and place in earthen pot and sprinkle plane cheese.. bake for 15 minutes in hot oven
( if u like mushrooms like me add with prawns1/2 small mushrooms (or sliced mushrooms))
