Chocolate Kiss Cookies Recipe

How to make it

  • Melt chocolates in double boiler, stirring until smooth (Either together or separately)
  • beat sugar and butter until pale and fluffy
  • beat in eggs one at a time
  • sift flour over butter and egg mixture, beat in thoroughly
  • halve the batter and divide between the chocolates
  • mix each chocolate in well, kneading until smooth
  • wrap in plastic and chill for 1 hour
  • shape into balls, bake at 375 for 10 min
  • dust with confectioners suger

    How interesting. The two chocolates are melted together. I know I have not tried melted white and dark chocolate together like this before. Curiosity is killing me and now I want to bake your cookies =D! Thank you for sharing the recipe, I can't wait to try it.
