Chocolate Kiss Cookies Recipe

A small sweet cookie that anyone who likes chocolate will enjoy.

Ingredients
- 3 ounces smisweet or dark chocolate
- 3 ounces white chocolate
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- confectioners sugar, to decorate
Directions
- Melt chocolates in double boiler, stirring until smooth (Either together or separately)
- beat sugar and butter until pale and fluffy
- beat in eggs one at a time
- sift flour over butter and egg mixture, beat in thoroughly
- halve the batter and divide between the chocolates
- mix each chocolate in well, kneading until smooth
- wrap in plastic and chill for 1 hour
- shape into balls, bake at 375 for 10 min
- dust with confectioners suger
