Shish Kabob Packs Recipe

	Sweetwords / All my dishes 2 years, 4 months ago This is an excellent recipe my husband got from a friend at work. We fell in love immediately. You can make regular shish kabobs with this as well. Keep in mind that times are approximate. Prep:30m Cook:20m Servings:12	Sweetwords

Ingredients

1 lb stew meat, sliced very thin

2 packs bacon, sliced into 1" pieces

5 lb. smoked sausage, sliced

2 green peppers, cut in small chunks

1 onion, cut in small chunks

2 potatoes, cut in small chunks

butter

Worcestershire

Seasoning, such as Cavender's or Tony Chachere's

Directions

On a piece of tin foil, place: green pepper, onion, potato, stew meat, 4 pieces of bacon, 1-2 slices sausage.

Put in a drop of Worcestershire, a dab of butter, and lots of spice.

Wrap and grill slowly.
