This is a very good twist to ordinary cornbread

Ingredients
- 2 slightly beaten eggs
- 1 small box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 (8 oz) small can creamed corn
- 1 (8oz) small can kernel corn (drained)
- 1 small sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- 1 (4oz) small shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together except for shredded cheddar cheese. Spread in ungreased pan. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Sprinkle cheese and bake for additional 10 minutes to melt cheese.
