Ingredients

2 slightly beaten eggs

1 small box Jiffy corn muffin mix

1 (8 oz) small can creamed corn

1 (8oz) small can kernel corn (drained)

1 small sour cream

1/2 cup butter (melted)

1 (4oz) small shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Mix all ingredients together except for shredded cheddar cheese. Spread in ungreased pan. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Sprinkle cheese and bake for additional 10 minutes to melt cheese.
