TANGY T-BONE STEAKS Recipe
A switch-up on your everyday BBQed T-Bones.

Ingredients
  • 4 T-BONES
  • 1/2 CUP KETCHUP
  • 2 TBSP BUTTER; MELTED
  • 1 TBSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
  • 1/2 TSP GINGER
  • 2 TBSP WHITE VINEGAR
  • 2 TBSP HONEY
  • 1 TBSP LIME JUICE
  • 1 TBSP MUSTARD
  • SALT & PEPPER (to taste)
  • OIL

Directions
  1. Preheat BBQ on high
  2. Moisten steaks with a bit of oil and slash fat to prevent curling.
  3. Set aside
  4. Cook letchup, butter and worcestershire for 2-3 minutes over low heat.
  5. Add ginger, vinegar and honey.
  6. Continue cooking for 3 minutes.
  7. Stir in lime juice and mustard. Spread mixture over steaks and place on hot grill.
  8. Cook for 12-14 minutes. Turning often to baste.
  9. Salt & pepper just before serving
