Hot Dip

Going through some of my recipes tonight and found this one. Been awhile since I've made it but just reading it made me want it...Right now
Ingredients
- 1 cup pecans, chopped shopping list
- 1 1/2 tbls. butter shopping list
- 2-8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1/4 cup milk shopping list
- 8 oz. dried beef, chopped shopping list
- 1 tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 4 tsp. onion, finely chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350
- Melt butter in saucepan
- Add pecans and saute for a minute or so
- Set aside
- In mixing bowl, add cream cheese and milk and blend
- Mix in remaining ingredients except pecans
- Pour into 1 1/2 qt. baking dish
- Cover with pecans
- Bake 20 minutes
- Serve with crackers or crusty bread
