How to make it

  • Take a bowl add boil potatoes mash them add all potatoes ball ingredients.
  • With greased hands, make small balls.
  • Make a thick batter with of besan, soda salt water and add heat oil(2 tsp) mix well,make thick batter a coating consistency.
  • Heat oil in a wok or kadhai. To check the correct temperature, drop a tiny amount of batter into hot oil, it should fizz and rise to the surface quickly.
  • each balls dip it into the batter and drop gently into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown and crisp.
  • Serve hot with your favourite sauces or chutneys
  • note: remove the skin of potato before mash.
