- For potato balls shopping list
- 250 gm. potatoes, boiled with skin, peeled and mashed shopping list
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste shopping list
- 2 green chillies, finely chopped shopping list
- tbs. finely chopped coriander leaves shopping list
- 4 tsp pomegranate seeds shopping list
- 1 tsp. chat masala shopping list
- 1/2 tsp sesam seeds shopping list
- 2 tsp red chili powder shopping list
- 2 tbsp lemone juice shopping list
- 1 tbsp coriander powder shopping list
- 1/4 tsp garam masala powder shopping list
- 1 1/2 tbsp sugar shopping list
- salt as to taste shopping list
- oil for frying shopping list
- 1 tsp saunf shopping list
- For Batter shopping list
- 1/2 cup or 120 gm. besan or gram flour shopping list
- salt as to taste shopping list
- 1/4 tsp soda Bi carb shopping list
- water as per requirment shopping list
How to make it
- Take a bowl add boil potatoes mash them add all potatoes ball ingredients.
- With greased hands, make small balls.
- Make a thick batter with of besan, soda salt water and add heat oil(2 tsp) mix well,make thick batter a coating consistency.
- Heat oil in a wok or kadhai. To check the correct temperature, drop a tiny amount of batter into hot oil, it should fizz and rise to the surface quickly.
- each balls dip it into the batter and drop gently into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown and crisp.
- Serve hot with your favourite sauces or chutneys
- note: remove the skin of potato before mash.
