This corn side dish is awesome. Goes great with anything!

Ingredients
  • 1 can cream corn
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon course ground pepper
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup milk

Directions
  1. Combine all the ingredients and pour into a 2 quart baking dish.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
