Szechwan Fried Turkey Tenderloins Recipe
Oriental and slightly spicy tasting fried turkey tenderloins. Did these to have with leftover fried rice. Very good.

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c soy sauce
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp chili oil
  • 4 turkey breast tenderloin steaks
  • 1/2 c floue
  • 2 Tbs cooking oil
  • 2 thinly sliced green onions (1/4 c)

Directions
  1. In a large bowl,combine soy sauce,ginger,sugar and chili oil;set aside Place each turkey steak between 2 pieces of plastic wrap. Pound lightly with the flat side of meat mallet to 1/4" thickness.
  2. Dip turkey into soy mixture;coat with flour. In 12" skillet,cook turkey in hot oil over med. heat for 5 to 6 mins or till no longer pink,turning once. Sprinkle with green onions.
