How to make it
- In a large bowl,combine soy sauce,ginger,sugar and chili oil;set aside Place each turkey steak between 2 pieces of plastic wrap. Pound lightly with the flat side of meat mallet to 1/4" thickness.
- Dip turkey into soy mixture;coat with flour. In 12" skillet,cook turkey in hot oil over med. heat for 5 to 6 mins or till no longer pink,turning once. Sprinkle with green onions.
