Szechwan Fried Turkey Tenderloins

- 1/4 c soy sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger shopping list
- 1 tsp sugar shopping list
- 1/4 tsp chili oil shopping list
- 4 turkey breast tenderloin steaks shopping list
- 1/2 c floue shopping list
- 2 Tbs cooking oil shopping list
- 2 thinly sliced green onions (1/4 c) shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl,combine soy sauce,ginger,sugar and chili oil;set aside Place each turkey steak between 2 pieces of plastic wrap. Pound lightly with the flat side of meat mallet to 1/4" thickness.
- Dip turkey into soy mixture;coat with flour. In 12" skillet,cook turkey in hot oil over med. heat for 5 to 6 mins or till no longer pink,turning once. Sprinkle with green onions.
