How to make it

  • After roasting the peppers seal them all in foil wrap for about 20 min’s ( makes it easier to peel ) Peel and seed the roasted peppers ,peel into inch wide strips , when finish drain ¾ of the juice out of bowl – and add all of the other ingredients mix well – and let marinate for a few hours – serve at room temp- ( you can also use yellow or orange bell peppers or a mixture of all )
