Sweet Lime And Soy Marinade Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c soy sauce

1/4 c lime juice

1/4 c sugar

2 Tbs canola oil

1 Tbs white vinegar

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

1 green onion,chopped (optional)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a jar. cover tightly. Shake till well blended. Use immediately or store in refrigerator. Makes 3/4 cups.

Reserve about 1/3 cup for basting or as an extra sauce for serving.
