How to make it

  • Mix all dry ingredients in top of double- boiler along with 2 tbls buttermilk. Add eggs and remainder of buttermilk cook over hot water and Whisk until it begins to thicken.Add melted butter & vinegar a little at the time until blended. The mixture may try to curdle if so use hand blender.Serve over vegtables, or fish salads.
