Ingredients

1 tbls sugar

1 tbls ground mustard

1 tsp salt

1/4 tsp paprika (hungarian)

1 tbls corn starch

1 cup cider vinegar

1/4 tsp onion salt

1/16 tsp cayenne pepper( big pinch)

2 eggs slightly beaten

1 cup buttermilk

2 tbls butter

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients in top of double- boiler along with 2 tbls buttermilk. Add eggs and remainder of buttermilk cook over hot water and Whisk until it begins to thicken.Add melted butter & vinegar a little at the time until blended. The mixture may try to curdle if so use hand blender.Serve over vegtables, or fish salads.
