How to make it

  • Preheat the oven to 350F, grease 6 jumbo muffin tins.
  • Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda and nutmeg in a medium bowl.
  • In another large bowl, beat together sugar, egg, yogurt, butter and vanilla until light.
  • Add the dry ingedients and mix quickly but gently to just moisten the ingredients.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Bake for 35 minutes, or until they spring back when touched.
