Easy Oven Beef Stew

- 1-3/4 lbs round steak,cut in 1-1/2" cubes shopping list
- 6 small potatoes,scrubbed and quartered shopping list
- 2 carrots,sliced shopping list
- 2 celery stalks,sliced shopping list
- 2 med. onions,coarse chopped shopping list
- 1 c vegetable juice shopping list
- 1/2 c beef broth shopping list
- 1/4 c red wine vinegar shopping list
- 2 Tbs quick-cooking tapioca shopping list
- 2 Tbs worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 Tbs paprika shopping list
- 1 tsp dried thyme,crushed shopping list
- 1 bay leaf shopping list
- 1/2 c chopped parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In dutc oven,oe flameproof casserple dish,combine all ingredients except parsley. Stir well to combine.
- Bake,covered,until beef is tender,about 3 hours or slightly less. Stir in parsley and serve.
