Ingredients

1 3/4 c White Sugar

1 3/4 c Flour

20 oz can Crushed Pineapple UNDRAINED

2 Eggs

1 tsp Soda

Cream Cheese Frosting (or some variation of)

Directions

Heat oven to 350. Grease & flour 11 x 15 sheet pan.

Mix all ingredients except frosting. Don't over beat.

Bake 15 - 20 minutes.

Frost with cream cheese frosting while warm.

Serve warm or cool.

NOTE: 9 x 13 pan may be used for thicker cake. Bake 30 - 40 minutes.
