How to make it

  • Turn on Slow Cooker to high
  • in a freezer bag place the seasoned flour and shanks
  • shake and coat the shanks well
  • heat a frypan and brown Shanks(set aside)
  • Chop all Vegetables into chunks
  • place in the bottom of cooker
  • Add the tin of toms
  • Add the Herbs
  • Add the Shanks
  • Add the Stock and wine..pour over the shanks
  • Cook for 3 - 4hours
  • serve with bread rolls with lost of butter
  • ENJOY!!

    Sounds yummy but I don't care for lamb. I would change this to veal shanks. Thanks for thinking of me and sending the recipe!
