Mamas Chicken And Dumplins

- 1 pkg. of boneless, skinless Breast Tenders; washed and cut shopping list
- 1 can of evaporated milk shopping list
- 2 cans of cream of chicken soup shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 stick of butter shopping list
- 2 cups of Bisquick Mix shopping list
- 1 cup of buttermilk shopping list
How to make it
- After washing and cutting chicken tenders put into a large pot and add the stick of butter and cover with water, about three-fourths full of water, add salt and pepper and cook on medium high heat until just enough water is left to cover the chicken.
- While the chicken is cooking go ahead and mix the bisquick mix and buttermilk together in a medium bowl for the dumplings.
- Once the chicken has cooked, add the evaporated milk and cream of chicken soup, bring to a slow boil and reduce heat to medium low and begin to add the dumplings.
- Once you have all the dumplings in reduce heat to low, cover and cook 20 to minutes, longer if needed.

Gonna be hard to beat my wifes ( or mine, but don't tell her that), but we'll give it a shot! Sound delicious! :) Chicken and Dumplings, that gets a 5!
