Ingredients

1 pkg. of boneless, skinless Breast Tenders; washed and cut

1 can of Evaporated Milk

2 cans of Cream of Chicken Soup

salt and pepper to taste

1 stick of Butter

2 cups of Bisquick Mix

1 cup of Buttermilk

Directions

After washing and cutting chicken tenders put into a large pot and add the stick of butter and cover with water, about three-fourths full of water, add salt and pepper and cook on medium high heat until just enough water is left to cover the chicken.

While the chicken is cooking go ahead and mix the bisquick mix and buttermilk together in a medium bowl for the dumplings.

Once the chicken has cooked, add the evaporated milk and cream of chicken soup, bring to a slow boil and reduce heat to medium low and begin to add the dumplings.

Once you have all the dumplings in reduce heat to low, cover and cook 20 to minutes, longer if needed.
