Ingredients

2 Cups Chopped Fresh Blueberries

1 Cup Whole Fresh Blueberries

1/3 Cup Diced Red Bell Pepper

1/4 Cup Chopped Onion

1/4 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice

3 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Mint

2 Jalapeno Peppers,Seeded,and Minced

1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt

Directions

Stir together all ingredients.

Cover and chill until ready to serve.

~Use to hear Dad years ago...radio blaring...him singing..."I found my thrill on blueberry hill"~

~I would lean against the shop door casing and wait until he finished.As he turned,wiping the car grease from his rough,callused hands on that old red rag he use to carry in his hip pocket...me grinning from ear to ear.He would say "Damn,Sis,don't sneak up on a fellow that way!~

~He had a great voice,but never knew it....What I would'nt give to see,and hear him sing...JUST ONE MORE TIME~

Good recipe....GREAT story! I have great memories of my dad singing in the car everywhere we went...especially nice late at night on our way home from Aunt Anna's house.
