Spicy and sweet Russian tea is wonderful anytime. Can served hot or cold.

Ingredients
  • 6 tb Orange-Pekoe tea
  • 4 whole cloves
  • 1/2 c sweet cider
  • 2 qt boiling water
  • Sugar or honey

Directions
  1. Steep tea, cloves, cider, in the boiling water for 10 minutes.
  2. Strain and sweeten with sugar or honey.
