How to make it

  • Heat in heavy skillet: 2 T oil
  • Add and brown quickly: 1lb thinly sliced mutton or beef
  • Add: onions, carrots, peppers, and celery
  • Stir fry briefly, then add: Worcester sauce, soy sauce, and sesame seeds
  • Heat through until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  • Serve over hot rice
