- 2 tablespoons oil (pick your favorite) shopping list
- 1lb thinly sliced mutton or beef shopping list
- 2 large onions, sliced shopping list
- 4 carrots, thinly sliced shopping list
- 2 green peppers, sliced shopping list
- 2 stalks celery, sliced shopping list
- 1/4 cup Worcester sauce shopping list
- 1/3 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds shopping list
- cooked rice shopping list
How to make it
- Heat in heavy skillet: 2 T oil
- Add and brown quickly: 1lb thinly sliced mutton or beef
- Add: onions, carrots, peppers, and celery
- Stir fry briefly, then add: Worcester sauce, soy sauce, and sesame seeds
- Heat through until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Serve over hot rice
