How to make it

  • Combine 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 3 teaspoons mustard and half of the onions.
  • Add beef and mix well then shape into four patties and grill until no longer pink.
  • Blend cream cheese, mushrooms, parsley and remaining Worcestershire sauce and mustard.
  • Spread over burgers then top with remaining onions and grill 30 seconds longer.
  • Serve on rolls with your favorite condiments.
