How to make it

  • In medium saucepan combine baking chocolate and coffee.
  • Cook over low heat stirring constantly until chocolate is melted.
  • Remove from heat then add marshmallow crème, sugar and salt stirring until blended.
  • Cool completely then refrigerate until mixture is cold and slightly thickened.
  • Beat whipping cream until stiff then fold whipping cream and nuts into chocolate mixture.
  • Pour into square pan then cover and freeze until firm.
