Ingredients

1-1/2 squares unsweetened baking chocolate

1/2 cup strong coffee

1 cup marshmallow crème

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/8 teaspoon salt

1 cup cold whipping cream

1/3 cup chopped nuts

Directions

In medium saucepan combine baking chocolate and coffee.

Cook over low heat stirring constantly until chocolate is melted.

Remove from heat then add marshmallow crème, sugar and salt stirring until blended.

Cool completely then refrigerate until mixture is cold and slightly thickened.

Beat whipping cream until stiff then fold whipping cream and nuts into chocolate mixture.

Pour into square pan then cover and freeze until firm.
