How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 475 degrees
  • Mix all ingredients except for flour
  • Add flour and knead until you have a ball of dough
  • I let the dough sit and rise a bit but that is optional. The more it rises, the fluffier it seems to be.
  • I cook it on a pizza stone but you can use a pizza pan/sheet, etc.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, checking often.

    This is another good one I will try out. I like the idea of putting minced garlic and Italian Seasoning in the dough itself!
