Sweetcorn Bake

This is something different. Use as a side dish. When we have a braai (bbq) we make this as a side dish. Works well with anything
Ingredients
- 2 cans sweetcorn (0.46 pd ;7.4 oz; 210 g) each shopping list
- 60 ml butter, melted (4 tablespoons) shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 15 ml baking powder (1 tablespoon) shopping list
- 60 ml cake flour (4 tablespoons) shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
- 250 ml grated cheese (1 cup) shopping list
- 250 g bits of bacon (8.81 oz; 0.55 pd) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all of it together.
- Pour into a greased oven dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes as 180 deg C (360 deg F)
