How to make it

  • If frozen, thaw shrimp. Peel and devein shrimp leave tails intact. Rinse and dry shrimp with a paper towel. Set aside
  • Combine butter, oil, and garlic in a 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Broil 4-5 inches from heat for about 2 min. Add shrimp, lemon peel, parsley, pepper, and salt to baking pan. Toss ingredients to coat shrimp. Broil for 2 min. Turn shrimp over and broil for about 1 min. or until shrimp turn completely pink. Serve with lemon wedges.
