Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette

RASPBERRY WALNUT VINAIGRETTE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Benson Estate in Canton, Texas in 1987.
Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon honey mustard shopping list
- 2 tablespoons raspberry vinegar shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 3 tablespoons walnut oil shopping list
- 3 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh tarragon shopping list
How to make it
- In bowl whisk together mustard, vinegar and salt then add oils in a small stream.
- Whisk constantly until vinaigrette is emulsified then stir in tarragon.
