It's another 5-minute quick tip

I would use pasteurized eggs. Unfortunately Salmonella has gotten inside some of today's eggs and some of yesterday's recipes that used raw or undercooked eggs aren't safe today, unless pasteurized.

Zaletti is a sweet biscuit or cookie, so I'm not really sure what this is. Why are there raw flour and eggs? Are we truly supposed to eat this raw, or did you forget to add cooking instructions to the recipe procedure? As written, this just makes a batter (flour, eggs, and sugar) to pour over watermelon (which in and of itself doesn't seem right).

GOODBYE, keeperrox

Keeperrox, Raw flour and egg is just science

What kind of Science is it? Klingon? I think you make all this stuff up. You have a thing for watermelon aye? Do you have ADHD? Or your just a mean little wacked out brat..

Okay I am a Mom and first I must say my 25yr old son had ADHD and today is a great cook.Second kudos for being online with a recipe group instead of something far more dangerous.Third I must agree this not only does not sound good but may make you sick if the raw eggs are tainted. However there are recipes that still call for raw eggs.

The name of the recipe, "Zaletti-BORAK" should tell you everything you need to know about this recipe and this kid.
