Are we truly supposed to eat this raw, or did you forget to add cooking instructions to the recipe procedure? As written, this just makes a batter (flour, eggs, and sugar) to pour over watermelon (which in and of itself doesn't seem right).

Okay I am a Mom and first I must say my 25yr old son had ADHD and today is a great cook.Second kudos for being online with a recipe group instead of something far more dangerous.Third I must agree this not only does not sound good but may make you sick if the raw eggs are tainted.However there are recipes that still call for raw eggs.
