How to make it

  • Combine water and chicken broth in the pot, put small onion, bring to boil
  • Meanwhile, mix together minced beef, thinly sliced bacon, chopped fresh or dry parsley, 1/2 bundle of scallions, shredded Parmigiana cheese and add some salt
  • Make small meatballs, and put it into the boiling water
  • After 5 minutes, put in cabbage, carrots, peas, potatoes
  • Let it all cook for 25- 30 minutes. Try it if there's enough salt
  • Once ready, turn the heat off
  • Put in chopped dill
  • The soup is ready!
