Easy Tuna Noodle Casserole Recipe

Easy Tuna Noodle Casserole Recipe
This is real, easy, delicious tuna noodle casserole that contains no mayo. Personally, I can't stand mayonnaise, so this is a great option for me! I have been making this for years and it will always be one of my favorite casseroles.

Ingredients
  • 2 cans chunk white tuna
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (do not use low sodium soup)
  • 1 can baby peas (frozen peas will get too crunchy in the oven)
  • 3 cups elbow macaroni or rotini
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • a pinch of salt to taste

Directions
  1. Preheat oven on bake to 350F.
  2. Drain tuna and peas. Break tuna up with a fork.
  3. Put tuna and peas in a casserole dish. Add milk and cream of mushroom soup.
  4. Boil water in a saucepan. Add pasta and cook for eight minutes. Drain and pour pasta into casserole dish.
  5. Add salt and mix ingredients with a wooden spoon.
  6. When pasta is completely coated with mixture, place the casserole dish into the oven. Set a timer for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove carefully after 30 minutes and serve hot.
