- 2 LB RICOTTA
- GOOD DASH OF CINNAMON
- - SOAK 3 TBSP OF WHITE RAISINS IN VIN SANTO OR SHERRY FOR 30 MIN’S,
- A GOOD SHAVING OF SEMI SWEET CHOCOLATE OR MINI CHOCOLATE CHIPS
- 1 TO 2 TLSP OF POWDERED SUGAR
- 1 TLSP OF CHOPPED TOASTED ALMONDS.
Directions
- WHIP THE RICOTTA WITH THE RAISINS AND ITS JUICES . STIR IN THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS AND SERVE
